Total Insulations is a family run business based in Oxfordshire, with 14 years of experience, specializing in Polyurethane Foam Spray Insulation. We cover all of the United Kingdom and Europe. Spraying to domestic/home, Industrial/Commercial, Marine and Agriculture.
As well as spraying, we offer a loft boarding service, roof windows and sun pipe fittings, loft ladders and loft hatches of all makes and sizes fitted. Velox windows installed.

Spray applied polyurethane foam for barn insulation is a modern, cost effective solution, which allows you to retain characteristic period features of barns whilst providing excellent insulation.
The construction of barns varies considerably, some being stone built, others of wooden construction, and some a combination of the two. As barns were never designed with the eventual accommodation of humans in mind, little thought was given to warmth. With more and more barns being converted to living accommodation, the need to insulate barns adequately has become important. An ideal insulating material for barns would allow the period features to be preserved and displayed and should be quick and easy to fit
As the polyurethane foam is sprayed it expands which makes it perfect for getting into voids and under battens. The sprayed foam cures within minutes to form a continuous rigid foam which has a closed cell structure making it impervious to moisture. The cured foam will last the lifetime of the boat.
Polyurethane Rigid foam can be sprayed or injected to walls in many different ways and thicknesses, adding benefits such as insulation to your walls, strengthens and adds stabilization to walls, where wall tiles have become corroded and/or non existent.
